IMPORTANT : Please read the following delivery requirements in full before completing your order.

Customers should be aware that the product is a self-assembly item and will be delivered in kit form with full instructions.
delivery will be made to the customers property that is adjacent to the road and free of obstruction, carriers will not move the product or carry it through the property.
The carrier will telephone the customer prior to delivery to conform details and arrange a delivery date.
All delivery/contact dates are approximate.
Deliveries are to UK mainland only
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only
Deliveries are between 08:00 to 18:00 hours, no specific time can be given.
Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery

Can you answer yes to the following:

Is the delivery address on a tarmac road?
For large items that require a Hiab/forklift is the road at least two lorry widths. There must be enough room for a 25 foot 7.5t lorry (fire engine or bin lorry size) to be unloaded.
Can a lorry park within 6 metres (30 feet) of the property?
Are there cars parked on both sides of the road that may cause problems for lorry access?
